Tenía cita hoy a la 1 para mani y pedi y al llegar me dijeron con pésima actitud que tenía que esperar 15 min porque no tenían espacio... Espere media hora y les pregunté que qué onda y su respuesta fue que me daban 10% de descuento para cuando quisiera regresar... Por qué regresaría? Ademas hoy tienen 10% de descuento por su aniversario entonces en realidad no me estaban ofreciendo nada... pésimo lugar! Hacen sobrecupo por ganar más y no les importan sus clientes frecuentes ????
They do not respect their appointments!
I had appointment today at 1 for mani and pedi and on arrival they told me with a terrible attitude that I had to wait 15 min because they did not have space ... Wait half an hour and I asked them what was going on and their response was that they gave me 10% discount for when I would like to return ... Why would I return? Also today they have 10% discount for their anniversary so they were not really offering me anything ... lousy place! They overcharge to earn more and do not care about their frequent customers ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, al día siguiente ya se me estaba cayendo el gel. Tienen garantía, ok, me citaron a las 4pm, son 4:49pm y aún no me atienden. Mega caro para el pobre servicio que otorgan.
Terrible, the next day the gel was already falling off. They have a guarantee, ok, they summoned me at 4pm, it's 4:49 pm and they still haven't seen me. Mega expensive for the poor service they provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hice manicure , me atendieron a tiempo de mi cita. Me permitieron elegir varios colores para probarlos y yo pudiera elegir cuál me gustaba más. Elegí el manicure con hidratación, te realizan exfoliación con sales de lavanda, luego una crema de romero y al final aplican un aceite en las manos. Las personas que me atendieron fueron muy amables. Y me gusto como quedaron mis uñas. Definitivamente regresaría. El lugar es muy limpio.
I got a manicure, they treated me on time for my appointment. They allowed me to choose several colors to try and I could choose which one I liked the most. I chose the manicure with hydration, they exfoliate you with lavender salts, then a rosemary cream and at the end they apply an oil on the hands. The people who attended me were very friendly. And I liked how my nails turned out. I would definitely go back. The place is very clean.
