Positiva: Hermoso el departamento, nos sentimos en casa, tiene todo lo que necesitas, muy buena ubicación y sobre todo el apoyo del personal muy amable muy bonito sin duda regresamos como todos los años.

Positiva: El departamento está increíble, se encuentra ubicado muy cerca del zócalo y de un restaurante que se llama el "Mayor". Tuve la oportunidad de hacer uso del roof garden en donde puedes despejarte con su espectacular vista a la catedral;cuenta con una parrilla en donde se podría realizar un asado. El Gym está muy completo, prácticamente cuenta con la mayoría de las máquinas para realizar un buen cardio o peso. Lo que más me agrado fue el departamento que cuenta con una espectacular vista, con acabados muy bonitos que te permiten fácilmente conectar con tu zen. Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar, mi anfitrión fue muy atento conmigo, y la ubicación es privilegiada ya que te encuentras muy cerca del zócalo..

Positiva: El apartamento estaba bonito. Negativa: Olía a cigarrillo mucho, por lo que nos dio alergia a todos. Persianas traslucidas que no te dejan dormir hasta tarde, además que todos los huéspedes pueden ver adentro de tu habitación. Decía que era para 4 personas, pero no tenía un sofá cama, lo niños tuvieron que dormir incómodos en muebles. No había ni aire acondicionado ni siquiera un ventilador, hizo calor en la noche. La dirección no está explícita, es decir, en ninguna parte dice que para llegar debe ser caminando porque los carros no entran, por lo que perdimos mas de 30 minutos a las 2 am dando vueltas para conseguir el lugar..

Excellent place to stay, affordable and well located

Positive: Rooms were very clean. Location very good!. Negative: We didn’t know it was only 1 twin bed and 1 coach. Wasn’t super comfortable..

Positive: The whole apartment was amazing!!!. Negative: The porter was very friendly and helped us, next day there was another guy who wanted to get a tip..

Positive: Tranquilo, bien equipado, personal amable y bien ubicado. Quiet, well equipped, nice personnel, and well situated.. Negative: La gerente es fatal! La ventana de la recámara da al pasillo y no cuenta con cortina blackout. Bad lady manager. The window of the bedroom opens towards the walkway and does not have a blackout curtain..

Positive: We ended up in a different room and different building from the one we thought we had rented but the room which we were moved to was large and comfortable. Cleaning staff did a great job each day. Location was good and all the sites in the historic center were an easy walk away.. Negative: The check in process was terrible. We couldn't communicate with the folks at the apartment (no one spoke English and we do not speak Spanish). We could not understand what happened and why no one knew we had a room rented even though we presented our reservation information. Still don't exactly understand the fuss but appeared that the apartment we rented was not available and we were forced to relocate to another apartment about a 10 minute walk away. Of course no one could explain to us what was going on and we walked back and forth between the two buildings several times (once with luggage) before we got the mess sorted out. Wasted about 2 hours trying to get this sorted out but ultimately were relieved that we had a place to stay. The room itself was large and comfortable. However it was uncomfortably hot in the evenings. We used the fans and opened things up but it would not cool down. With the window open the traffic noise in the morning was bad..
