★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio no es muy bueno, me atendió una señora con unas "ganas" . Fui ya hace un tiempito a sacar unos lentes, me hizo el examen ( lo hizo muy rápido, le falto más cosas) el mismo dia pagué la mitad me dijo como en cuanto tiempo llegarían mis lentes, y le dije "entonces los vendría a buscar tal dia, ese día ya tengo lo que falta" me dijo que estaba bien, pues se da un número para que te avisen por cualquier cosa, resulta que nos marcan de la óptica( un señor viejito) y nos dicen groseramente " ya estan sus lentes que acaso no los piensan venir a buscar?" ( Llegaron antes) Con un tono grosero la verdad, pues yo ya habia dicho el dia en el iba ir a buscarlos con un tono pues tampoco amable pues me enojó eso. Resulta que llego y me dan los lentes me dijeron que los pruebe unos 15 dias y si siento incómodidad que vaya , hay garantía, la verdad no me adapte, me lastimaron mucho, senti que la graduacion era bastante de hecho,no podía usarlos demasiado aún que hiciera mi mayor esfuerzo, he usado lentes, y esos la verdad que no. Fui nuevamente y le explique al señor que no y me decían "debiste usarlos siempre" y lo hice pero no aguantaba, me daba dolor de cabeza exagerado, pero no entendian, pensaban que ni los use , he usado lentes antes , y ya se como es esto. Me cambiaron la graduacion de una manera fea, la señorita muy mamona. La verdad les recomiendo el que está adentro del Chedraui, la señorita de ahí es muy linda y hace muy bien el examen de la vista, lo hace mejor y le hace más cosas, te llaman con respeto, la verdad muy recomendable ahí, nunca he tenido problema con la graduacion de mis lentes

They changed my graduation in an ugly way, Miss very nice. The truth is that I recommend the one inside the Chedraui, the lady there is very pretty and does the eye exam very well, does it better and does more things, they call you with respect, the truth highly recommended there, I have never had a problem with the graduation of my glasses
