J	John Paull on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was fine. Apparently the hot water was broken, yet they still sold us the package involving the private hot tub. The hot tub was cold, that's something they should have refunded us for or said that it wasn't going to work. The spa is decent facilities, but a lot of it is dated like much of the resort. Employees and the massages were good.

They were supposed to give us 80min massages but it was only an hour. Make sure to check your time before and after. We complained to our concierge who helped us explain to the spa so that we could get our money back, which they said they would take care of. But when we checked out of the resort, they had not removed the amount from our bill. This resulted in us missing our transfer back to the airport because it took way too long to resolve. Fortunately, the only thing that made up for it was that they paid for a taxi to the airport.

We wish we had more time to actually enjoy the spa and the water therapy pools (were not able to go due to departure). Prices are a bit pricey but it is definitely a treat! If you go to the resort then def try to spend some time at the naay spa

There are lots of places off site to eat. The resort as a whole was awesome! The men and woman at Naay Spa, specifically Ana and Laady were phenomenal!
K	Kristin Greiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved our walk out pool room. We were on the 1st floor on the end. Nice & private but then could still swim to where the crowd was if wanted. Great food! We spent 1 day at the beach on the other side of the resort. Great relaxing vacation!

If you have never done hydrotherapy and a massage I 100% recommend doing it. I won't spoil you with details just know you will feel so relaxed,refreshed and rejuvenated.

Ivan Hans was my room butler, again amazing service, took care of all my reservations and room service orders. He made sure I had all the room amenities I requested. The housekeepers always had my room clean and well stocked with towels, etc. During this pandemic the staff have excelled in a difficult situation, it's important for us to extend grace to them when 'it's not like it use to be' ? Thank you for taking care of me!!!
