★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good part was that it was a nice, small, less crowded beach club. It is less developed than other clubs in the area with a small pool / restaurant area.
The bad part is that because it's small, all it takes is one rowdy bunch to ruin the whole thing...
The food was average fare and the service was very underwhelming. Had to repeatedly look for our waiter and finally gave up. Many people just moved to the restaurant area because of no service at the beach palapas.
For the price... I prefer Mr Sanchos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachi Cocom is one of my favorite places on the planet! I have been here multiple times for their all inclusive beach day and Nachi NEVER misses!! Beautiful location, delectable food and drinks, and fast, friendly service. Oh, and get a massage on the beach in their cabana...inexpensive and fantastic!! (Book the massage once you arrive at the club to get the best pricing).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was included in my stay at Casa del Mar and I am so glad I took the short taxi ride to get there. There were plenty of open beach chairs and cabanas even though I arrived after 1200. I always had a server ensuring I had my drink full. The food was average, but I wasn't expecting gourmet dining here. The food got the job done. The even have a pool with a swim up bar that is on the beach looking over the ocean. I wil definitely visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We can’t say enough great things about this resort. The area is beautiful and relaxing. The service was extraordinary. We never wanted for anything. The food was fresh and tasty. We stuck with local cuisine and really enjoyed it.
We booked another cruise and immediately booked a reservation here so we can spend our Cozumel port day here.

Honestly, use you money on an all inclusive resort day pass instead. We thought about going to Iberostar (a 5 star hotel) even after we already paid the entrance fee here it was that bad.
The place is OVERRUN with cruise line tourists. Specifically carnival cruise line guests the day we were there. When you first enter they tell you the club closes at 5 pm. But all the cruise line people leave at 3.
At 3 o’clock the staff take down the hammocks and start stacking all the lounge chairs. Also, the kitchen closes at 3. So you’re really only paying for a few hours. We were the last non cruise people there and they made us feel so uncomfortable. They asked us multiple times if we needed a taxi- aka please leave so I can count my money in peace. Which they still did openly at all the tables when it was just us.
Also the food is bad. And there is a steep drop off to get in the ocean. Please don’t go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it! If you want a quiet, relaxing beach experience, then this is it! The drinks are excellent, food delicious and the staff are excellent and very friendly! The water did have seaweed when we visited in early June, but there was also a tropical storm the 2 days before. Plus, it wasn't the kind that clings to you. This will be our go to spot in Cozumel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoy ourselves every time we go here! The staff is very nice and takes care of your drink orders and the 4 course meal that is included. I enjoyed everything we ate. There are mixed drinks, Mexican beers and yummy frozen cocktails too. The pool was wonderful and the hot tub, and you can't beat the beautiful sand and ocean views. Lounge chairs with tables and umbrellas included for some needed shade too.
