Hay gente de la Tercera Edad y no son ni para explicarles, los tratan mal... y los exponen en estos momentos de Pandemia, el Valuador, prepotente, ignorante y nefasto.
 Bad Organization, they line up for everything (which hinders too much and they waste time)
There are people of the Third Age and they are not even to explain them, they treat them badly ... and they expose them in these moments of Pandemic, the Valuator, arrogant, ignorant and nefarious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prepotencia del personal se percibe desde que cruzas la puerta. Si buscas dónde empeñar definitivamente este no es el lugar. El personal parece más interesado en estarte morboseando que en valuar tu prenda. Adicionalmente los requisitos para empeñar son muchos y las restricciones aún más. Francamente decepcionante,en verdad no pierdan su tiempo.
The arrogance of the staff is perceived from the moment you walk through the door. If you are looking for where to pawn definitely this is not the place. The staff seems more interested in being morbid than in valuing your garment. Additionally, the requirements to pawn are many and the restrictions even more. Frankly disappointing, really don't waste your time.

Asisten personas mayores con dudas y no pueden resolverlas, si preguntan es por algo, lo que para unos es obvio para otros no.
Tienen que tener más sentido de empatía con los clientes. Son despotas y con muy mala actitud.
Terrible customer service.
Older people attend with doubts and cannot solve them, if they ask about something, what is obvious to some is not to others.
They have to have a greater sense of empathy with customers. They are despotic and with a very bad attitude.

They did not return my things to me because when they changed their policies it was no longer possible and I could hurt them however they want... They do not respect their policies or their contracts... Thieves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte del personal, al parecer todos están en el mismo canal de prepotencia y cero servicio al cliente. Estando dentro de la sucursal si llevas una prenda que no sean alhajas ya no te las reciben por que les urge irse a su hora, cuando es su trabajo atender al último cliente que este dentro de la sucursal. Que mal dejan el nombre de Monte de Piedad, no vayan aquí.
Terrible attention from the staff, apparently all are in the same channel of arrogance and zero customer service. Being inside the branch if you wear a garment that is not jewelry, they no longer receive them because they need to leave on time, when it is their job to attend to the last client that is inside the branch. Too bad they leave the name of Monte de Piedad, don't go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Hay una cola como de 40 personas y nadie da ninguna información. Cuando preguntamos solo nos dicen que sigamos formados. Además que con tanta gente y cierran para comer sin importarles los clientes. Hay gente de tercera edad y lost ienen esperando en la calle formados desde hace más de más de 1hora y media

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan mucho cuidado tomen fotos de sus prendas antes de dejarlas y revisen detalles a mi me devolvieron una cadena de menor peso y kilataje y de ahí no los quité y me robaron un dije de oro que no venía dentro de las cosas que me entregaron , se ponen muy exigentes y selectivos para las joyas pero bien uñas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo muchos años acudiendo a esta sucursal y siempre me han tratado bien. Los valuadores son justos y el personal muy amable. A veces tengo que hacer fila y más con la pandemia pero nada fuera de lo normal.
I have been going to this branch for many years and they have always treated me well. The appraisers are fair and the staff very friendly. Sometimes I have to stand in line and more so with the pandemic but nothing out of the ordinary.
