★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personas no capacitadas, fui a comprar y me dicen que no podía porque estaban haciendo inventario el día 19 de enero, pido informes y me dan el horario, vuelvo el día 21 y dicen que no que ya van a céreas 4:58 pm cuando el día 19 me avían dicho que era hasta 5:45 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para empeñar ya que te ofrecen mas que en otros empeños y lo único malo es que el personal que te recibe las prendas como ya casi don las dos se ponen de malas cundo tienen que atender antes de las dos que es la hora que deben de cerrar y ni a las 13:45

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención por parte del personal, lamentablemente quitaron la sucursal que estaba en valle de Chalco en dónde si atendían muy bien a la gente, pero tengo que ir a esta ya que es la sucursal más cercana que tengo.
Very bad attention from the staff, unfortunately they removed the branch that was in the Chalco valley where they cared very well for people, but I have to go to this since it is the closest branch that I have.
