★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te atienden bien, pero los productos electrónicos los valúan muy pero muy bajo. Llevé una cámara Reflex Sony que en segunda mano y mercado libre cuesta unos $9,000 usada y $14,000 nueva y aquí me la valuaron en $2,700, y de ahí te prestan el 55% solamente. Está bien para una emergencia.

Tenía que hacer una serie de tratos un tanto enredados y el gerente me ayudó mucho, super paciente y con toda la disposición de ayudar, recurrentemente tengo que acudir a sus sucursales y definitivamente de las que conozco, es la mejor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima actitud de los empleados en la sucursal Xola, fui en dos ocasiones y la primera no pude entrar pues estaban horario de comida y cierran todo. Alguien de muy mala gana me indico que regresará más tarde. Y hoy fui de nueva cuenta pero de entrada una empleada con cero actitud de servicio te dice q si es la primera vez q vas, te tiene q tramitar una credencial y nunca te explica para que es. Se tardan los años en meter los datos aun siendo la única persona ahí. Opte por retirarme ya que al sacar mi celular para ver la hora y contestar un mensaje la empleada en cuestión junto con la vigilante del lugar con actitudes bastante prepotentes empezaron a gritar q no lo podía sacar. Nunca había ido a esta institución y definitivamente no volveré a intentarlo. Sumamente prepotentes, groseros y sin ninguna actitud de servicio.
