★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me sorprendió la mala atención de los valuadores ya que he visitado otras sucursales en CDMX, Monterrey y ahora Queretaro y tengo margen de comparación. Además de la pésima cortesía que muestran, maltratan demasiado las piezas y las valuan más bajo que en otras sucursales. CERO DEFINITIVO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal cumple con los protocolos por contingencia, el orden se da desde la entrada y eso permite no concentrar tantas personas dentro de la sucursal, las filas cumples con su objetivo, solo es importante atender las indicaciones del personal y realmente pasas rápido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abusan rayando en el delito, no hacen avalúos profesionales, a mi me rasaron cuatro piezas diferentes todas al mismo precio les dió igual y me prestaron abajo a un 42%. Esto debe de estar regulado no?
Y si les dices algo te contestan con una mala cara. No es lo que ofrecen.
Lo voy a consultar y si procede tomaré medidas. No se vale que abusen en un mal momento.
They abuse bordering on crime, they don't do professional appraisals, they scraped me four different pieces all at the same price they didn't care and they lent me down to 42%. This must be regulated right?
And if you tell them something they answer you with a bad face. It's not what they offer.
