Hablé con el gerente un tal Olivares, quien no resolvió nada me explico que no tienen políticas en cafeteras y quedaba a criterio del valuador que si ò no resibir según le condición de funcionamiento y estado general. pero ni siquiera revisó mi cafetera nesspreso.
