★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el valuador no da ninguna explicación sobre su cálculo y no dan ningún tipo de orientación. Parce que tienen la instrucción de no brindar el préstamo. Muy mala actitud de las 2 personas que están ahí. No es lo que anuncian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo el personal es muy amable excepto el valuador, lo hace de mala gana y rechaza las prendas, que en la sucursal del centro si aceptan, no sabe valuar y es déspota ahí solo voy a pagar mis referendos.
All the staff are very friendly except the appraiser, they do it reluctantly and they reject the clothes, which in the downtown branch if they accept, they don't know how to value and they are a despot, I'm just going to pay my referenda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la valuador es muy déspota una prenda que ya había empeñado 2 veces de 14k me la estaba evaluando en 10k y le pregunte porque y solo me dijo que a ella asi le salió, a lo que le dije pero porque si la prenda ya esta registrada y no quiso hacer nada más.
