El valuador es pésimo, no recibe prendas que el no cree que se vendan y las que te recibe tiene una valuación para llorar, lleve una laptop que su valor en tienda es de $35,000 y que en otro monte de piedad ya me habían valuado con un préstamo de $9000 y en este monte solo prestaba $4000, así que si tienen alguna urgencia no vayan a este lugar mejor acudan al del centro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención pésima del personal de cajas, te quiere tratar a gritos y con malos tratos quiere tener la razón, no conoce el pago en linea con tarjeta virtual y cree que la puedes sacar del teléfono para mostrársela en físico, no recibe los comprobantes hechos en linea por que no los conoce (actualicenlo!!!!!) Y se pone en actitud retadora cuando quieres hacerlo entender, no es posible dialogar con este tipo de personas y mucho menos pueden estar en un área de atención al cliente, si quieren empeñar vayan a la sucursal del centro ahi si saben lo que hacen y dan un muy buen trato y orientacion en los procesos!!!!
