★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día sábado 1 de agosto acudí a refrendar, la sucursal estaba cerrada por "sanitización" me dijeron que acudiera el miércoles 5, mi boleta vencía el 3. Yo fui el día solicitado y había demasiada gente, no pude refrendar porque tenía otras cosas que hacer, entonces acudo el día de hoy y la persona me atendió de una forma muy grosera y con nada de empatía, al final ni siquiera pude realizar mi operación puesto que como lo mencioné, mi boleta había vencido y la sucursal donde estaban empeñadas mis prendas permanece cerrada sabrá dios hasta cuando. Mi problema aquí ya no es tanto la prenda, sino la actitud pedante de quien me atendió.
