★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wypożyczyliśmy błękitny skuter Vitalika na 4 dni. Skuter był w porządku, dobrze się go prowadziło w dzień, w nocy nieco gorzej - miał kiepskie światła. Miły i pomocny personel, chociaż większość nie mówi po angielsku. Przy oddawaniu bez niespodzianek i próby naciągania na koszty - to na plus. Trójeczka za brak możliwości zakupu ubezpieczenia skutera i niemiłego właściciela, który gada tak dużo, ze zapomniał jak się słucha. Polecam poprosić o wgląd w kontrakt przed zapłaceniem - jeśli po dokonaniu płatności kartą będziecie chcieli zrezygnować np. przez dziwne zapisy w kontrakcie to niestety zwrot pieniędzy nie będzie możliwy, co jest kuriozalne.
We rented a blue Vitalik scooter for 4 days. The scooter was fine, it was good to drive during the day, a bit worse at night - it had poor lights. Nice and helpful staff, although most don't speak English. When returning without any surprises and trying to stretch the costs - this is a plus. Trójeczka for the inability to purchase scooter insurance and for the unpleasant owner who talks so much that he forgot how to listen. I recommend that you ask for an insight into the contract before paying - if after making the card payment you want to resign, e.g. because of strange provisions in the contract, then unfortunately the refund will not be possible, which is bizarre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was wonderful to rent from! Looks as though it is a father-son shop. We enjoyed listening to the shop owner's stories.
The atv itself was good. Got us to where we needed to be and was easy to use. They gave us brand new helmets to use, also!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are scammers. They charge $90 a day for an atv that is so small and old and the breaks dont work. It was unsafe to drive! Just stay away from this company. They also request to keep your passport as a security which is sketchy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to Tulum, Q.R. a few times now and Nades is hands down the BEST rental company in the heart of Downtown Tulum. The customer service was impeccable and even then, that word does it no justice explaining the phenomenal experience I’ve had with them. They have the cheapest prices for scooter and ATV rentals in Tulum. If they don’t, I promise they’ll price check and give you a better deal than competitors. Not only is it best priced, the QUALITY of the motors were amazing. Guillermo (Mímo is his nickname) helped us out so much. He answered every single question and concern we had and was the most honest businessman I had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience! Through and through! I’ll be coming back again!
