No tienen regaderas y ese creo que es un punto importante, 2.no tienen suficiente ventilación y en tiempos de calor te sientes hasta mareado. 3. El entrenador no te dice que cual es tu objetivo de ir al gym, solo te pone hacer 2 horas de ejercicio, no sabe si lo que buscas es perder peso o reafirmar músculos o por salud mental. 1.
