Entré con una idea y salí enamorada de la idea y concepto de Nahual, altamente recomendado, además de que la vista es hermosa. Por supuesto volveré.
The place is decorated with excellent minimalist Mexican taste, the dishes are the Chef's original composition and highlight our Mexican cuisine and support the consumption of local ingredients. I came in with an idea and came out in love with the idea and concept of Nahual, highly recommended, in addition to the fact that the view is beautiful. Of course I will return.

Mi platillo delicioso, el mejor mezcal de jamaica con pepino que he probado ¡¡DELICIOSO!! El platillo de mi amiga no estaba muy bueno (debo aclararlo) sin embargo fuimos tan excelentemente atendidas que pasó a segundo lugar ese detalle. Nos sorprendió la linda sorpresa del postrecito con vela, en verdad me conmovieron... fue hace una semana nuestra visita pero apenas tuve oportunidad de poner mi reseña. Un lugar para darse un mimo en el centro histórico de Aguascalientes y disfrutar un buen mezcalito.
A very nice place, a friend and I were treated like queens... I celebrated my birthday. The unbeatable attention. My delicious dish, the best jamaica mezcal with cucumber I've ever tasted, DELICIOUS!! My friend's dish was not very good (I must clarify) however we were so excellently served that detail took second place. We were surprised by the nice surprise of the dessert with a candle, they really moved me... our visit was a week ago but I barely had the opportunity to put my review. A place to pamper yourself in the historic center of Aguascalientes and enjoy a good mezcalito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo único por lo cual no le doy 5 estrellas es que hay que subir escaleras, y los escalones son altos, y para mi mamá que le gustó mucho, es un gran inconveniente ya que ella no puede subir muchas escaleras, así que ni pensar en llevar alguien en silla de ruedas o discapacitados, fuera de eso la decoración el ambiente y los alimentos muy ricos, además de que te dicen si la salsa es muy picosa y le pueden acomodar en caso de que no comas mucho chile, en el caso del desayuno nos dieron la opción de estacionarnos al lado en dónde es quinto barrio y sin problema, el café de olla rico y diferente, ya que no es el típico que está súper endulzado, el jugo de fresa y mango tmb sin añadirle dulce, solo el sabor de las frutas, y las encacahuatadas deliciosas, solo pidan que no se las den tan picosas. Regreso, pero sin mi mamá :(

I'm back, but without my mom :(

Al llegar te dan una sopa de almeja de cortesía, muy rica por cierto.
Para empezar pedí un Tzic de venado, en general ese plato tiene buen sabor.
Seguido fue un mole negro, sin embargo, era bastante amargo y ácido para mi gusto, pero esto es cuestión de cada quien. Lo que no es cuestión de gustos es la cocción de la carne, me pareció un poco seca y difícil de cortar además de que el sabor no era destacable.
Para finalizar como postre pedí un Nahual, debo destacar este último ya que es delicioso, lo mejor de todos los platos, es un postre de mazapán con una bola de nieve.
El servicio de los meseros es una maravilla, están atentos a que termines para poder acercarse a preguntarte si necesitas algo más, no están hostigando constantemente.
En cuanto a precio está en la media.
En fin, es un lugar muy bueno con pequeños detalles, pero nada grave.

To start, I ordered a venison Tzic, in general that dish tastes good.
It was followed by a black mole, however, it was quite bitter and acidic for my taste, but this is up to everyone. What is not a matter of taste is the cooking of the meat, I found it a bit dry and difficult to cut, and the flavor was not remarkable.
To finish as dessert I ordered a Nahual, I must highlight the latter since it is delicious, the best of all dishes, it is a marzipan dessert with a snowball.
The service of the servers is wonderful, they are attentive to you to finish so they can come over to ask you if you need anything else, they are not constantly harassing you.
In terms of price, it is average.
Anyway, it is a very good place with small details, but nothing serious.
