★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan el horario de citas, y parece que una está pintada en la pared. Fui a un retiro de acrílico (habiendo hecho mi cita con más de una semana de antelación) y me ignoraron. Ni siquiera me fueron poniendo la acetona, en lo que atendían a las demás. Pésimo servicio y no utilizan cubrebocas.
They don't keep appointments, and it looks like one is painted on the wall. I went to an acrylic retreat (having made my appointment over a week in advance) and they ignored me. They did not even give me the acetone, in which they attended to the others. Terrible service and they don't use masks.

Está muy actualizada en cosas que andan a la moda y toma cursos constantemente ?? la recomiendo al 100% y las chicas que laboran con ella igual de capacitadas que Karen!
The service and attention that Karen offers is incredible, she focuses a lot on leaving nails very well detailed and has a wide variety of colors and decorations. She is very up-to-date on things that are in fashion and takes courses constantly ?? I recommend her 100% and the girls who work with her are just as capable as Karen!
