Me recibieron con una almohada de aromaterapia y me ofrecieron un té, las sillas super cómodas, el pedicure ahi mismo sin moverme. Me atendieron Vanessa y Nora, buenazas. ¡Recomiendo mucho el lugar! I loved the service! It's not just a place to get your nails done, it's an experience. I went on my birthday to pamper myself. They welcomed me with an aromatherapy pillow and offered me a tea, the super comfortable chairs, the pedicure right there without moving. Vanessa and Nora attended me, good people. I highly recommend the place!

I was looking for something less touristy, and clean, chic, and aesthetically beautiful, that used better quality nail care products. And I found it! Inside the Krei Concept Store in Luxury Avenue at the Plaza Kukulkan is this tiny, beautiful boutique salon that offers nails and hair services. I signed up for regular pedicure (not gel) and I loved it. Vanessa did an amazing job. She was very detailed, thorough, and took extra good care of me. I'm definitely going to go back for a hair treatment this week. If you are looking for a sophisticated, classy, chic manicure, pedicure, or hair treatment/styling experience, come here.

My mani was great, and loved that they use Shellac which really makes a difference. Would highly recommend if you are in Cancun to get your nails done here, best service ever.
