★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lamentable y pésimo el servicio. Compré mi kit cuando había descuento, pero no me lo aplicaron porque supuestamente "en esos Kits no había". Quería aprovechar los descuentos y pregunté que me recomendaban comprar, me estamparon unos sellos para uñas horribles, cuando fui a reclamar, me dijeron que todos estaban así y que por eso no se vendían, pero que así se podían usar. La chica que da cursos se dedica a poner uñas en horas de clase y parece que no le gusta enseñar, ya que se dedica a los suyo (poner uñas en clase) y le invierte más tiempo a unas que otras. Puse mi queja directamente en DEKEN Guadalajara, y me dijeron que la maestra no puede poner uñas cuando está en clase ya que ella tiene un salario. También me dijeron que una vez que compramos el kit, tenemos el 10% de descuento en todas las compras posteriores (cosa que tampoco te dicen ni te aplican). De verdad, sí de verdad quieren aprender a aplicar uñas, vayan a otro lugar. La marca es buena, pero las "encargadas" de ahí hacen desprestigiar todo. El lugar (las mesas) siempre están sucias, la maestra no te hace sentir la confianza para hacer preguntas. Debería de tomar un curso de atención al cliente.
The service is unfortunate and lousy. I bought my kit when there was a discount, but they did not apply it to me because supposedly "in those kits there was no". I wanted to take advantage of the discounts and asked what they recommended me to buy, they stamped me with horrible nail stamps, when I went to claim, they told me that they were all like this and that is why they were not sold, but that they could be used that way. The girl who teaches is dedicated to putting nails in class hours and it seems that she does not like to teach, since she dedicates herself to her (putting nails in class) and invests more time in one than the other. I put my complaint directly to DEKEN Guadalajara, and they told me that the teacher cannot nail her when she is in class since she has a salary. They also told me that once we buy the kit, we have a 10% discount on all subsequent purchases (which they neither tell nor apply to you). Really, if you really want to learn to apply nails, go somewhere else. The brand is good, but the "managers" over there discredit everything. The place (the tables) are always dirty, the teacher does not make you feel the confidence to ask questions. You should take a customer service course.
