Dijeron que sí, salió el chavo, le mostré el corte que quería y dijo que "no manejaba el tipo de corte que quería", que simplemente no lo hacía (es decir, no lo sabe hacer), mi pregunta es: ¿para qué lo tienen en un salón de belleza entonces? Pésimo.
Upon entering the premises no one attended us. Until we got close to asking if they were available for haircut. They said yes, the guy came out, I showed him the cut he wanted and he said that "he did not handle the type of cut he wanted", that he just did not do it (that is, he does not know how to do it), my question is: why Do they have it in a beauty salon then? Appalling.

Pero esta tarde llamé para hacer reservación y me colgaron 3 veces, a la 4 me dice que se estaba cortando la llamada cuando evidentemente ella la colgaba(porque se escuchaba). Pésimo y desagradable servicio!
I loved this place for the quality of service and kindness of the girl who attended me when I cut my hair. But this afternoon I called to make a reservation and they hung up on me 3 times, at 4 she told me that the call was being cut off when she obviously hung up (because she could hear it). Terrible and unpleasant service!

(they just don't advertise the facials for some reason) I spend over an hour there and it was the best money I had ever spend on myself... the guy that does the facials took his time and was really gentle and professional...
