★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía cita a las 10am y espere asta las 10:45am para que alguien llegara y nadie llegó ni contesto el teléfono. Ninguna de las 2 líneas fueron contestadas y nadie tuvo la cortesía para llamar y decir que no podrían llegan a la hora acordada. Que poco profesionalismo.
I had an appointment at 10am and I waited until 10:45 am for someone to arrive and no one came or answered the phone. None of the 2 lines were answered and no one had the courtesy to call and say that they could not arrive at the agreed time. How unprofessional.
