★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio decente, rápido y de calidad aceptable. Algo que considero molesto es que las chicas estén al teléfono o en el chat mientras están con las clientas, también que hagan gestos o señas de burla y más, que hablen mal de sus compañeras de trabajo y lo que hacen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no aceptan pago con tarjeta. El trato es grosero, las chicas siempre están con flojera. La calidad es pésima las uñas no duran, a los 2 días se cae el esmalte.
Cero recomendable.
Terrible service, they do not accept card payment. The treatment is rude, the girls are always lazy. The quality is terrible, the nails do not last, after 2 days the polish falls off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible el servicio, atienden dos señoritas, yo hice cita para una amiga y para mí, pero nos la dieron con media hora de diferencia y aunque no tenían a nadie más a quién atender, hicieron esperar a mi amiga hasta que dio la hora de la segunda cita. La señorita que me atendió fue muy descortés y me limó horrible, las uñas se me atoran en todas partes, el color no se aproxima en nada al de la fotografía y lo peor es la actitud con la que atiende la tipa... parece que tengo que agradecerle el honor de acudir a darle trabajo. El lugar promete mucho, pero el personal es muy grosero.
The service is horrible, two young ladies attend, I made an appointment for a friend and myself, but they gave it to us half an hour apart and although they had no one else to attend to, they made my friend wait until it was time for the second date. The lady who attended me was very rude and filed me horrible, my nails get stuck everywhere, the color does not come close to that of the photograph and the worst thing is the attitude with which the woman attends ... it seems that I have to thank you for the honor of coming to give you a job. The place promises a lot, but the staff is very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó la atención recibida, no son amables con las clientas. La calidad también deja que desear, algunas trabajan regular y otras de plano mal y hasta groseras. Hacen todo con prisa, para atender a más gente o porque ya tienen que irse. Yo fui con amigas para ir a conocer el servicio porque supuestamente había una promoción, pero es falsa publicidad, no respetan lo anunciado y a la mera hora los diseños que anuncian con promoción, no la tienen, pague un precio regular, por unas uñas que no me duraron y que me dejaron gel en la piel. Personalmente no pienso volver, prefiero pagar más pero un lugar que tenga calidad y buen servicio al cliente.
I did not like the attention received, they are not kind to the clients. The quality also leaves something to be desired, some work regularly and others flat out badly and even rude. They do everything in a hurry, to serve more people or because they already have to leave. I went with friends to go to know the service because supposedly there was a promotion, but it is false advertising, they do not respect what is announced and at the very moment the designs that advertise with a promotion do not have it, pay a regular price, for nails that do not they lasted me and they left gel on my skin. Personally I will not return, I prefer to pay more but a place that has quality and good customer service.
