Inicialmente fui por un relleno y reconstrucción de uña, también había mostrado un diseño que habían subido a sus historias de instagram, todo muy bien al inicio pero cuando realizaron el diseño dejaron una parte transparente, aparte de verse mal se veía mi uña natural, pregunté si así iba a quedar y me dijeron que sí, que esos diseños generalmente iban transparentes y que el de la imagen tenía un acrílico con color base, cosa que no me explicaron al mostrar el diseño ni tampoco me preguntaron si estaba de acuerdo con una base transparente.
Me dijeron que ya no podían agregar ningún color porque ya habían puesto el barniz transparente, luego que si quería lo quitaban y lo volvían hacer, dije que no y que solo lo pintaran de negro por no molestar y porque no querer hacer batallar a la muchacha.
Cuando llegue a mi casa y me lave las manos, el color de una uña se empezó a despegar, les mandé mensaje y me dijeron que fuera el día siguiente a la 1 de la tarde.
Llegué a la 1pm y me dijeron que habían tenido problemas con ese producto, que ya habían pedido otro y si no escuché mal, que de hecho no lo recomendaban, cosa que tampoco me dijeron cuando elegí el color.
Finalmente, me senté a esperar y no me atendieron hasta después de 1hr con 40 min.
Very bad experience, I do not recommend it.
Initially I went for a nail filling and reconstruction, I had also shown a design that they had uploaded to their instagram stories, all very well at the beginning but when they made the design they left a transparent part, apart from looking bad my natural nail looked, I asked If that's how it was going to be and they told me that yes, those designs were generally transparent and that the one in the image had an acrylic with a base color, which they did not explain to me when showing the design nor did they ask me if I agreed with a base transparent.
They told me that they could no longer add any color because they had already applied the transparent varnish, then if I wanted they would remove it and do it again, I said no and that they only painted it black so as not to disturb and because I did not want to make the girl fight .
When I got home and washed my hands, the color of one nail started to peel off, I sent them a message and they told me to come the next day at 1 in the afternoon.
I arrived at 1pm and they told me that they had had problems with that product, that they had already asked for another one and if I did not hear wrong, that in fact they did not recommend it, which they did not tell me when I chose the color.
Finally, I sat down to wait and they did not attend to me until after 1hr 40 min.
