Super nice place to make your nails, the girls that make you super friendly service, just that the administrator has a lousy criterion, my appointment was 3pm I arrived 10 Min late and did not want to attend because I was late, however the girl did the nails still did not end with the last service I finish 10 Min later 3:20 .... And even so I did not want to attend .. I mean if I had arrived in time I would have made it wait 20 Min ?! The last times I went I waited for them to attend me ... super just the time between appointment and appointment. Terrible attention

The attention was very good, but I feel that the quality of the varnishes could improve, 5 days later the gelish was completely detached from my nail, bubbles appeared on some nails and curiously everything after the guarantee

The design and the enamel lasted for a month = D And my baby loved the Gelish !! I think it is worth every peso invested and for what it lasts ... it's nothing ... The manager washes her hands of her employee's late time and blames the clients. One stops doing things to be on time and the employee ended up 20 minutes later with the previous client. The concept of Nailkery is to offer appointments so that one does not wait and that is exactly what they do. It seems that the only thing that matters to the manager is making money, it is assumed that when an agenda asks you the type of service so that 1- don't wait, 2- the manager knows what time she is going to make the next appointment. Well, the lady in charge puts the appointments super fair. Also on FB she is demanding an advance because they have been bad and they have not arrived, but how about she and her employees to have the time of the clients. I don't know if the advance is something established at the franchise level, but hey. That they have disabled the opinion button is raising suspicions. Terrible manager. I do not recommend this branch. Last but not least: they mishandle the data. Coincidentally, after leaving the premises without having received the service that I had scheduled, I received a notification email from another branch informing me that I had reserved with them; thing I didn't do. Equis dear, impossible for me to have booked in another branch, after your terrible treatment in nikerly groves. In short, I will not set foot in your branch again or any other of the franchise.
