Probé en esta sucursal hace alrededor de 2 meses por cercanía y ha sido de lo peor, no ha habido una sola vez que no tenga que aplicar la garantía, primero me atendió Xar y quise ver si esta última vez, que me pusieron con Faby, mejoraba, pero lse llevó las palmas, de 10, se arruinaron 5 uñas en menos de una semana.
Su servicio por chat es malísimo, puede pasar medio día sin respuesta. Cuando estás ahí hablan mal de otras clientas y he visto como ignoran el chat a propósito. En las fotos del chat se puede ver cómo no tengo respuesta, en esos casos tuve que llamar y contestan con un “es que estamos ocupadas”, cuando en otras sucursales tienen a una persona al pendiente siempre.
Además, traen un relajo entre ellas todo el tiempo y luego no ponen atención o están más preocupadas por hacerse sus propias uñas.
Evidentemente no regreso.

Your chat service is lousy, you can go half a day with no response. When you are there they speak ill of other clients and I have seen how they ignore the chat on purpose. In the photos of the chat you can see how I have no answer, in those cases I had to call and they answer with "we are busy", when in other branches they always have a person on the lookout.
Also, they bring a chill to each other all the time and then they don't pay attention or are more concerned with getting their own nails done.
Obviously I do not return.
