In general I was a satisfied customer with the service, however yesterday I had a very unpleasant experience with the owner. Normally I went 3 or 4 times a month, I was on time for my appointments and once I was not going to be able to arrive, I gave advance notice because they requested it; She is very demanding with the punctuality of her clients and yet there were occasions that had me waiting up to half an hour to pass. The point is that yesterday I had a personal issue and I could not arrive, I completely missed the appointment and forgot to cancel, and when I checked my cell phone I saw that I had messages from the owner asking insistently if I was going to arrive, if not to go to Someone else, and how I did not answer, began to send me faces like this: ??. When I saw that it bothered me a lot, obviously I told her that with what right she was sending me these types of messages, and she did not go either to acknowledge her mistake or to offer an apology, she began to respond sarcastically saying: excellent! Greetings! It was honestly a super unpleasant experience, I am dedicated to customer services and I understand that if you make an appointment you have to arrive on time, if you do not arrive within tolerance you lose your appointment, but it would never occur to me to send messages harassing my clients or intimidating them for not having arrived, definitely not coming back.

How disrespectful to customers they say that I arrive at 4 on time to attend us and at 4:30 my daughter. They left us waiting and they didn't say anything, they don't care 5 that we arrive ..... if they are not going to keep the appointments, they do not schedule. Zero friendliness from the employees. I do not recommend the establishment.
