I went for a manicure service, for which they initially told me that the cost was 250 and while sitting down they told me that the cost for the calcium tone was 350 and I chose this tone because I liked it, when I finished they charged me 600 because I They put an exfoliant on my hands and they exfoliated them for 1 minute, if only a minute, I told the girl why and she told me, is that we cut the cuticle and well it was a complete manicure (they call it a spa mani) that exfoliation of a minute and the cutting of your cuticle, when previously this process always did, she even told me, if everything is included, because I was telling her that if I was not going to file and I was not going to put cream on my hands or something like that , in the end they charged me 600 and the work was not good, I never file the nails from the tip and what I do at the end put my hands ashes, I find it disgusting that they overcharge without warning, that first they say a price and in the end charge another and I clarify this had not happened to me before nte and in other branches less, by the way I have not received my proof of payment. Clarify prices up front and do your job better, because you've already lost a customer who used to be a regular.

The service wasn't too bad (let's just say acceptable). However, what I did not like is that the girl who attended me complained bitterly about the work they did for me at another branch of NAILKERY (in the area and owned by the same owner). As a curious fact, I like Nailkery Suderman's service much more and zero criticizes the work of her colleagues. The net, if the service is regular, at least the atmosphere is pleasant.
