Pésimo lugar si quieres hacerte algún tipo de diseño

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendé una cita y la dejé pagada, pero solamente me informaron por correo electrónico, no por whatsapp, como se agendan, y olvidé ir ese día a la cita,. Me parece un poco injusto que en vez de reagendar, se queden con el dinero sin haber proveído ningún servicio. Yo entiendo que el tiempo es dinero, pero no lo perdieron porque ya estaba pagada y en cambio yo sí salí perdiendo. La verdad esta experiencia me hace ya no volver a ir, además de que entre clienta y clienta no limpian los utensilios que usan para el manicure y el cepillo de limpieza estaba mega sucio porque no lo enjuagan tampoco entre clienta y clienta. Las medidas de “sanitizacion” no sirven si tampoco limpian las demás cosas con las que hacen el pedicure y manicure.
I made an appointment and left it paid, but they only informed me by email, not by whatsapp, how they are scheduled, and I forgot to go to the appointment that day. It seems a bit unfair to me that instead of rescheduling, they keep the money without having provided any services. I understand that time is money, but they did not lose it because it was already paid for and instead I did lose out. The truth is that this experience makes me never go back, in addition to the fact that between client and client they do not clean the utensils they use for manicures and the cleaning brush was mega dirty because they do not rinse it either between client and client. The measures of "sanitization" do not work if they do not clean the other things with which they do the pedicure and manicure.
