★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El estándar de calidad del servicio es bueno en cuanto a la técnica, pero en atención a cliente deja mucho que desear. Lo visite por primera vez y realice mi cita en línea me comentaron que tenía 5min de tolerancia y llegué a tiempo, no había nadie tomando temperatura o recibiendo a los clientes había una Srta realizando servicio y me dijo toma asiento no tardan. Después de 15 min esperando oigo que realiza una llamada telefónica la que estaba realizando servicio y comienza a ordenar su comida a sus compañeras y después ya casi al finalizar su llamada les dice ha por cierto ya llegó la cita de las 12 para que se apuren, total que pasados ya 25 minutos aparece la persona que iba atenderme, y con poca amabilidad y sin ofrecer una disculpa por la demora comienza atenderme. Cómo comenté al principio la técnica no es mala ya que me dejó mis uñas justo cómo las pedí. Pero aun así mientras me hacía el servicio estaba comiendo y mantenía una platica con sus compañeras que francamente me incómodo sobre todo por su forma de expresarse. En fin es un lugar al que no regresaría.
The quality standard of the service is good in terms of technique, but in terms of customer service it leaves much to be desired. I visited it for the first time and made my appointment online. They told me that I had a 5min tolerance and I arrived on time, there was no one taking temperature or receiving customers, there was a Miss doing service and she told me take a seat, they don't take long. After 15 minutes of waiting I hear that the one who was doing service makes a phone call and begins to order her food to her companions and then almost at the end of her call she tells them that by the way the 12 o'clock appointment has arrived so that they hurry, total that after 25 minutes the person who was going to attend me appears, and with little kindness and without offering an apology for the delay he begins to attend me. How I mentioned at the beginning the technique is not bad since it left my nails just as I asked for them. But even so, while she was doing the service, she was eating and had a chat with her colleagues that frankly made me uncomfortable, especially because of the way she expressed herself. In short, it is a place I would not return to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy decepcionada con su puntualidad y cumplimiento, el día de hoy tenía mi cita a las 4:30 pm nadie me hablo, no mandaron correo ni whatsapp (previamente una de las chicas que trabaja ahí me ha mandado mensaje para que llegue más tarde a mi cita ), al llegar puntualmente me dijeron que no podían atenderme porque falto una de las chicas, cabe mencionar que cánsenle a mi paciente de las 3:30 y vengo corriendo desde lejos para llegar puntual a mi cita. Trate de comunicarme al Call Center y para variar no contestan.
Entiendo qué hay emergencias lo que me molesta es que no me avisen, para así yo poder realizar otras actividades o buscar otro lugar para atenderme
Trataron de ofrecerme otra cita pero cabe mencionar que trabajado de lunes a domingo y hoy me hice un espacio para venir, me ofrecen el horario matutino cuando me es imposible venir
. Por eso es que hice mi cita con una semana de anticipación. Aparte que estoy embarazada y me es muy difícil moverme de un lugar a otro
