★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre me había gustado mucho el servicio y las promos que ofrecían, llevo ya tiempo asistiendo a esta sucursal pero de un tiempo para acá el servicio y calidad han decaído bastante, las últimas 2 veces que me puse gelish no me duró ni 1 semana, justo cuando la "garantía" vencía. Hoy fui para una promo de lunes la cual ya me habían confirmado por WhatsApp si aplicaba y cuando llego al servicio no me la quisieron hacer valida a pesar de que les enseñe los mensajes donde me decían que si entraba, argumentando que este año no aplicaba y de seguro me dieron mal la información. además que la garantía siempre había sido de 8 días esta vez solo fue de 5.Lastima por que era un muy buen lugar para ir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo más de un año de asistir a esta sucursal y siempre me había gustado mucho su servicio pero hace 2 meses cambiaron a todas las chicas y ha sido fatal el servicio hasta ahorita es que he tenido que aplica ya dos veces mi garantía y en una sección el tiempo que me atendió la chica fue demasiado largo más de 2 horas, aspectos que anteriormente no había tenido problemas si deberían considerar esto ya que varias personas que conozco y asistían aquí ya no quieren regresar por el mal servicio

No lo recomiendo mucho ya que cuando encuentras una niña que te trata super bien y te gusta como te hace tu servicio al mes ya la cambiaron de sucursal y tienes que experimentar con otra

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó.. No volvería!! En la primera foto, así traía la uña tan solo un día y medio después de haberme puesto el gelish!!! La segunda foto es de como las traigo ahora ( no me duraron ni una semana) ah pero eso sí me cobraron mis 300 pesitos!!! No lo recomiendo!!!

Cuando cotice un diseño de uñas me dijeron que si las tenían (una tiritas doradas en las uñas) me cobraron $30.00 el par tanto en manos y pies al llegar al lugar me salen con que no las tienen y me cobraron lo mismo ni siquiera me bajaron el precio. Ya nada más porque me urgía pero en la vida regreso y todo te quieren cobrar cuando uno ya mando mensaje desde antes para hacer presupuesto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta mucho la variedad de tratamientos y paquetes que tienen. Solo que deberían de tener el lugar más limpio. Hay polvo de uñas en todas partes y la lámpara UV esta súper sucia. Tiene mugre en donde van las manos. Igual siento que deberían de tener mas cuidado con la cutícula me la lastimaron mucho! Me están sangrando 3 cutículas y las otras están lastimadas. Si volvería a ir solo quería hacer esa observación.
I really like the variety of treatments and packages they have. They just should have the cleanest place. There is nail dust everywhere and the UV lamp is super dirty. It has dirt where the hands go. I still feel that they should be more careful with the cuticle, they hurt me a lot! I have 3 cuticles bleeding and the others are bruised. If I was going to go again I just wanted to make that observation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo ? antes de pandemia iba regularmente y todo decente, pero hace como medio año fui, y casi me salí en cuanto entré. Todo muy sucio, los acrílicos que están entre la trabajadora y tú están asquerosos, hay polvo de uña por todos lados (y eso que fui la primera de ese día, cuando se supone que debería de estar limpio en apertura), las mesas súper sucias, el piso, de verdad que todo sucio y hasta maltratado. Más allá de una limpieza por apariencia, hay que recordar que si algo nos ha enseñado la pandemia, es a desinfectar y limpiar superficies para evitar focos de contagio pero aquí se lo pasan por el arco del triunfo. Las manicuristas no tienen cubrebocas, estornudan sin etiqueta, se limpian la nariz Y NO SE LAVAN LAS MANOS al volver a trabajar en ti. Y para que al final te cobren las perlas de la virgen. Me lastimaron horrible las cutículas, literal de un dedo quedé sangrando y me ardía mucho. De verdad que NO VAYAN, no desperdicien su dinero aquí.
