Hace un mes fui com una amiga a ponerme uñas yo las quería esculturales y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que se les había olvidado el material para hacerlas y que solo nos las podían poner de tip, y pues no nos quedó de otra, a mi amiga se le cayeron a la semana, se las pusieron pesimo. Y yo hoy fui a otro lugar a retirarmelas y resulta que por sus malos productos y su mal trabajo , me salió un hongo en las uñas, ahora por su culpa tengo que aplicarme un tratamiento para que esto no empeoré. Cómo es posible que se atrevan a vender un servicio con tan mala calidad. Y aparte te cobren por absolutamente todo. Yo no me voy a quedar nada más con esta queja , no voy a permitir que más niñas pasen por lo mismo y que caigan en este lugar.

A month ago I went with a friend to get my nails done, I wanted them to be sculptural and when we arrived they told us that they had forgotten the material to do them and that they could only put them on as tips, and well, we had no other choice, my friend they fell a week, they put them very badly. And today I went to another place to remove them and it turns out that due to their bad products and their bad work, I got a fungus on my nails, now because of them I have to apply a treatment so that this does not get worse. How is it possible that they dare to sell a service with such poor quality. And apart from that they charge you for absolutely everything. I am not going to stay with this complaint anymore, I am not going to allow more girls to go through the same thing and fall into this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy lindo, lastima que el servicio deja mucho que desear, las chicas hacen caras enfrente de las clientas (nada discretas) por TODO te dicen “son $50 pesos más” No respetan sus promociones. Mi hermana fue específicamente por una promo y le pusieron efectos extras SIN QUE MI HERMANA LO AUTORIZARA y por cada dedo le cobraron $20 extras. El colmo para mí fue que siempre que preguntaba por acrílico transparente (3 ocasiones distintas) NO TENÍAN>:(
The place is very nice, it's a shame that the service leaves a lot to be desired, the girls make faces in front of the clients (not at all discreet) for EVERYTHING they tell you "it's $50 pesos more" They don't respect their promotions. My sister went specifically for a promo and they put extra effects on her WITHOUT MY SISTER AUTHORIZING IT and for each finger they charged her an extra $20. The final straw for me was that whenever I asked for clear acrylic (3 separate occasions) THEY DIDN'T HAVE >:(
