Fernanda, trabaja bien, la esperé en la primer cita mas de 15 mins, en mi segunda cita ya no me pudieron atender con 10 mins de retardo mio, el local vacío pero "esperaban ya a la otra clienta". No recomiendo q pasen por experiencias desagradables, hay muchos locales donde haces muy bien manicure, en este no se esmeran para cuidar al cliente

Al inicio todo iba súper bien, ninguna queja, las chicas se ve que trabajan bien y son pacientes, me encantó el diseño y el trabajo en mis uñas de las manos, después pasamos a las de los pies y es ahí cuando la chica que me estaba atendiendo se dio cuenta de la hora y se empezó a presionar.
Le llegó otra clienta a la que saludó por su nombre y simplemente me dejó desatendida, lo cual fue triste porque pagué un paquete que incluía pedicure, masaje con crema de coco y no sucedió, al final sólo me puso crema, la embarró en mis pies y se dio la vuelta y se fue con su clienta, me quedé en ascuas y decepcionada, ni siquiera me dijo que ya habíamos terminado, tuve que ir a preguntarle.
Después de eso, me bajé de la silla, me puse mis zapatos y al querer ir a pagar, y decirles que era con tarjeta, me dijo la chica de recepción con tono grosero que sería el 3% adicional del total, le expliqué que jamás había pagado comisiones extra en ningún Nailkery y con tono prepotente y condescendiente, como si no la entendiera, me dijo: En Polanco es así.
Nota: Es ilegal cobrar comisión por el pago con tarjeta, al igual que lo es el que te cobren el 16% extra de IVA al solicitar factura fiscal, es decir, si es un negocio constituido ante Hacienda que provee servicios tiene que cumplir fiscalmente, no es opcional, no es si quieren, tienen la obligación fiscal de cobrar lo que está en su lista de
Precios y el negocio absorbe el costo del uso de terminal bancaria.
Al final, acabé pagando en efectivo para no pagar esa comisión absurda y me fui con la certeza de no volver.

Another client came to her and greeted her by name and just left me unattended, which was sad because I paid for a package that included pedicure, coconut cream massage and it didn't happen, in the end she just put cream on me, smeared it on my feet and she turned around and left with her client, I was left on edge and disappointed, she didn't even tell me that we were done, I had to go ask her.
After that, I got out of the chair, put on my shoes and when I wanted to go to pay, and tell them that it was with a card, the girl at the reception told me in a rude tone that it would be an additional 3% of the total, I explained that I never He had paid extra commissions in any Nailkery and with an arrogant and condescending tone, as if he did not understand her, he told me: In Polanco it is like that.
