★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar diminuto y muy incómodo. Pedí un servicio que incluía una bota hidratante y no la tuvieron. No volveré nunca, cero recomendable.
Tiny and very uncomfortable place. I asked for a service that included a hydrating boot and they didn't have it. I will never return, zero recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí unas uñas de acrílico, no me retiraron el acrílico anterior, solo me pusieron más plastas dejando una forma muy gruesa y fea, el trato al cliente es malo, pedí un modelo baby bloom y me dijeron que no hacían ese trabajo ahí

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal con NADA de experiencia en trato al cliente, son DESPOTAS, DESCORTÉS, GROSEROS... HORRIBLE. Buscan trabajo y solo esperan que llegue la quincena porque no tienen nada de PROFESIONALISMO - CERO atención al publico.
Hay lugares con iguales precios y mejor calidad en el SERVICIO.
Staff with NOTHING experience in customer service, they are DESPOTE, DISCOURT, RUDE ... HORRIBLE. They are looking for work and only wait for the fortnight to arrive because they have nothing of PROFESSIONALISM - ZERO attention to the public.
There are places with the same prices and better quality in the SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan los combos. Cobraron de mas, se levantó queja y luego hablaron para decir que si se equivocaron y solo ofrecieron una disculpa, sin devolver el dinero extra que se cobró. Te ponen cosas extras para que pagues de mas sin avisarte. Pésimo servicio, no vayan.

Siempre acudo a la sucursal de satélite o de universidad está vez intente en esta sucursal, pésimo servicio por parte de Sandra no pudo hacerme el diseño que le pedí, me cobraron por 2 colores 250 pesos 550 en total cuando ese mismo diseño me lo realizaron en otra sucursal por máximo 300 pesos.... Me quería cobrar un precio excesivo por un diseño cuando se supone que el par dificil esta en 50 por par... No respetan precios. Le pedí un diseño sencillo de mar y me dijo que no podía que a fuerza tenía que ver en diseño sobre uña para poder copiarlo, para cada cosa me ponía un pretexto. Antes de ir pregunté si aceptaban tarjeta y me dijeron que si y al llegar me dijeron que no, tuve que ir hasta el cajero cuando tenía planeado pagar con crédito.
Un chico Adair atendió a mi amiga y con ella super bien no hubo problema el problema fue la chica que me atendió y el problema de la tarjeta. Super a disgusto. Sin mencionar que me lastimó horrible me dejó super irritado y abierto arriba de la cutícula sobre los dedos.. Me arde al lavarme las manos jamás me habían lastimado tanto cuando se supone que debería ser lo contrario. Horrible no vuelvo.

An Adair boy attended my friend and with her she was super good, there was no problem, the problem was the girl who attended me and the card problem. super disgusted Not to mention it hurt horribly leaving me super irritated and open above the cuticle on my fingers. It burns when I wash my hands I have never been hurt so bad when it's supposed to be the other way around. Horrible I will not return.
