★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé si agenda citas de más o simplemente se atrasan mucho, pero con cita y todo espere por 40 minutos que me atendieran hasta que finalmente me harte y me fui, me parece una grosería que dispongan así del tiempo de la gente, mejor que digan que no hacen citas y atiendan a la gente como vas llegando. Terrible servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Si se atrasan con las citas no te avisan y el personal contesta de una manera muy grosera. Tienen un muy mal servicio al cliente.
No regresaría a Nailkery. En el nail bar de Liverpool son más amables, no se tardan en atenderte y te cuesta lo mismo.
Terrible service. If they are late with appointments they don't let you know and the staff answers in a very rude way. They have a very bad customer service.
I would not return to Nailkery. They are friendlier at the nail bar in Liverpool, they don't take long to help you and it costs you the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las chicas son muy amables y la gama de colores y diseños es amplia, sin embargo no respetan las citas, te hacen esperar alrededor de 30 minutos o bien no te tienen registrada en su agenda aún cuando hayas hecho la cita por sus canales de comunicación.
The girls are very friendly and the range of colors and designs is wide, however they do not respect appointments, they make you wait around 30 minutes or they do not have you registered in their agenda even when you have made the appointment through their communication channels.

Me cobraron el largo, diseño, terminación de la punta, si es escultural o tip y me hicieron un manicure sin avisar que tenía un costo extra, no permiten acompañantes y la gerente siempre está recordando el precio al grado de que ya es incómodo, la actitud de la manicurista pésima, las manicuristas no tienen sus propias herramientas y siempre se tienen que estar pidiendo el material, muy impuntuales en los horarios. Tres días después se me cayó una uña sin hacer ningún tipo de actividad, no lo recomiendo. La que cobra tiene el cubrebocas hasta la boca.

Si esperan un manicure básico esté no es el lugar, ni agua y crema en manos y pies ni hablar, no la conocen. La máquina de la manicurista no servía, no saben lo que es hacer manicure, solo pasan una máquina que lima pésimo y estoy segura es malísima para las uñas! Y para rematar la recepcionista trae el cubrebocas como babero! ? el peor servicio que he tenido
