Te cobran muchísimas cosas extras que no sabes por qué, no te preguntan si lo quieres.
El tiket de cobro nunca llega.
En fin....
No vayan.
The worst place I've ever gone to get my nails done, the girls are very disorganized, everything is dirty and they can't find the colors for the same reason.
They charge you for many extra things that you don't know why, they don't ask you if you want it.
The collection ticket never arrives.
Anyway....
Do not go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chica que me atendió las manos fue muy amable, pero acudí a retirarme el gelish y no soy conocedora en este tema pero no creo que debas dejar ir a una clienta con las uñas raspadas y ya. Mínimo le aplicas un protector o brillo como sello de presentación de tu trabajo. ??♀️
The girl who took care of my hands was very kind, but I went to remove the gelish and I am not knowledgeable on this subject but I do not think you should let go of a client with scraped nails and that's it. At least you apply a protector or shine as a seal of presentation of your work. ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the pros: I come regularly because they offer a reasonably wide selection of designs and are constantly widening the selection. Plus they have many locations you can book your appointments.
On the con side: There are weekly promotions but often my nail person (don't really know the certified title) never informs me, however I often hear the other nail people mentioning it to their clients. So, ultimately before you select your design, ask about daily and/or weekly promotions.
Lastly, I would caution scheduling appointments via Facebook and the call center - there seems to be little triangulation between them and the actual location you are wishing to book.
Overall, would recommend this place.
