★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó, pero la chica que me atendió fue muy brusca, hizo las cosas como demasiado rápido y no tomó los mejores cuidados, he ido a la sucursal de Lamartine y está mejor definitivamente la atención jajajajajajaja

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las chicas son agradables aunque siento que les falta profesionalismo en la atención. He ido a dos sucursales de Nailkery y en ambas he visto que les falta ser más cuidadosas tanto en la aplicación de acrílico como en la aplicación de esmalte. Seguro tiene que ver con el hecho de los tiempos que les dan para trabajar pero también en la dedicación de las chicas.
The girls are nice although I feel that they lack professionalism in the attention. I have been to two Nailkery locations and both have found that they need to be more careful both in the application of acrylic and in the application of polish. It sure has to do with the fact of the time they are given to work but also with the dedication of the girls.

El servicio es excelente, la atención es muy buena, tienen una amplia gama de esmaltados y te garantizan la duración del mismo, cuenta con promociones para cada día de la semana y sin duda los diseños artesanales son los mejores.

The service is excellent, the attention is very good, they have a wide range of enamels and they guarantee its duration, it has promotions for each day of the week and without a doubt the artisan designs are the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mi me toco una mala experiencia mi cita era a las 10 y la chica llego hasta las 11 y todavía se quejo de que no le daría tiempo de hacer mis uñas porque tenía otra cita. (ELLA LLEGO TARDE!!!) y por sus prisas me hizo el manicure muy mal las uñas eran de tamaños diferentes y la pedicura pues peor me lastimo 2 veces y me sangro. Una de las chicas atiende lindo (chica de lentes) pero la otra es horrible y para colmo no estaba muy atenta a mi servicio porque estaba mandando WhatsApp.
I had a bad experience, my appointment was at 10 and the girl arrived until 11 and she still complained that she would not have time to do my nails because she had another appointment. (SHE ARRIVED LATE !!!) and because of her haste she gave me a very bad manicure, the nails were of different sizes and the pedicure, worse, I hurt 2 times and I bleed. One of the girls attends cute (girl with glasses) but the other is horrible and to top it off, she wasn't very attentive to my service because she was sending WhatsApp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ufff horrible el manejo de nuestros datos personales como clientes, hoy realizaron una factura con mis datos cuando yo hace mas de 5 meses que no voy a ninguna de sus sucursales, ya que su esmalte me parece horrible y al día siguiente se va quitando el gel. Llame al call center para que eliminarán mis datos personales de su base de datos, pero me queda claro que no tienen ni la menor idea ni hay el personal capacitado. Si pueden eviten ir a este tipo de lugares, hasta es mejor ir a liverpool a que te apliquen gelish, dura muchísimo más el esmalte que aquí ?
Ufff horrible the handling of our personal data as clients, today they made an invoice with my data when I have not been to any of their branches for more than 5 months, since their enamel seems horrible to me and the next day the gel is removed . Call the call center so that they will delete my personal data from their database, but it is clear to me that they have no idea nor are there trained personnel. If you can avoid going to this type of place, it is even better to go to liverpool to have gelish applied, the enamel lasts much longer than here ?
