★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, me dejaron las uñas mal hechas, ni una hora había pasado y 2 uñas ya se veían opacas; me ofrecieron el maní love con costo adicional el cual pagué y lo único que hicieron fue limar mis cutículas hasta hacerme sangrar en 4 dedos !!! No vuelvo jamás

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantaba este lugar, después empezaron a subir todo. En una promoción que incluía retiro, diseño (que subieron a WhatsApp) y manilove, y me lo cobraron todo por aparte, no especificaron que el retiró solo era de esmalte no de calcio, me hicieron el diseño y aparte que no lo dejaron como era, me cobraron más porque era matte en la imagen pero no lo incluía.
El manilove pésimo, nada más medio me pasaron la punta en la cutícula y si también me la cobraron aparte. Cabe aclarar que todo esto me lo dijeron hasta el final de la cita u termine pagando como 350 por gelish que aparte quedo todo lleno de bolas.
Últimamente te atendían de mala gana.
Real no vayan, busquen opciones. Yo he encontrado mejores, más barato y te atienden bonito.
I loved this place, then they started uploading everything. The lousy manilove, they just half passed the tip on the cuticle and they also charged me separately. It should be noted that all this they told me until the end of the appointment and I ended up paying like 350 for gelish that apart was all full of balls.
Lately they looked after you reluctantly.
Real do not go, look for options. I have found better, cheaper and they serve you beautifully.

Leave the nails very clean, good details, good attention if you arrive early. It lacks parking and a place for companions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que desde la primera vez que fui todas las chavas de mala gana y llevé a mi mamá y no le explicaban nada y pues ella aceptó todo lo que le dijeron y terminó pagndo un cuenton. Para nada se lo recomiendo no sé si en otras s sea diferente pero la de xochimilco es pésima. Acababa de agendar de nuevo porque necesitaba el servicio pero de verdad preferí buscar en otros lados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se supone que es una franquicia de calidad y nada. Cero recomendable, había asistido antes y estaba mejor, ahora me realizaron un servicio pésimo, las uñas me quedaron horribles, me hubiera ido a la colonia popular de enfrente y seguro! Me quedan mejor. Lastima!!
It is supposed to be a quality franchise and nothing. Zero recommended, I had attended before and I was better, now they gave me a terrible service, my nails were horrible, I would have gone to the popular neighborhood across the street and for sure! They fit me better. Pity!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malas caras, no tenian el color de acrilico adecuado y a sabiendas de que se verian mal la chica puso el acrilico, ellas hiceron sus cuentas, termine pagando mas, sello mal las uñas y ahora tengo una bacteria en los dedos. Tengo 8 años poniendome uñas y jamas habia tenido tan mala experiencia enntodos los sentidos... espero no sigan afectando a la gente. Ahora tengo que ir a que me curen las uñas, bien dicen que lo "BARATO" sale caro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la segunda vez que acudo y la atención de recepción dejó mucho que desear fue grosera y pedante desde que llegué y todo fue por que me me mando un whatss 20 min. antes de mi cita, para pedirme que la cambiará a las 3:00 (tenía cita 2:30). cuando ya estaba camino al lugar, por lo que me negué y comenté que si tenía problema mejor me cancelara la cita y reagendaba para la próxima semana, a lo cual se negó, si hubiera sabido que por no ceder al cambio que ella me pedía, iba a derivar en un mal trato ya no me hubiera presentado.
Es increíble que un trato respetuoso y amable tenga que afectarse solo por que no cedí al capricho de esta persona.

Aunque la atención al cliente es excelente, desde que cambiaron de ubicación también a las manicuristas. Hoy fui a la sucursal y le pedí específicamente a la manicurista que quería conservar la forma de mi uña (redonda) pero la cambió a forma almendrada y necesitaba mis uñas así para mi graduación. Alguna idea de cómo hacer que todas las uñas de mi mano derecha recuperen su tamaño para volver a tener la forma anterior antes de 1 mes??? No, verdad. Además, pese al retiro de esmalte, me dejaron las uñas mal limadas, como mordidas.
