Excelente servicio de Alejandra la encargada de la sucursal todas las encargadas deberían de ser como eya por qué en otras sucursales si llegas tarde te ponen cara y mal trabajo la recomiendo al 100 a Ale felicidades por tu trabajo .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio muy bueno y rápido, el costo esta dentro de los parámetros normales, ni muy caro ni barato, tienen una gran variedad de tonos, efectos, tratamientos y hacen diseños a mano, sin sellos. No me encantó que para retirarme el shelac (que me habían aplicado en otro lugar), me limaran la uña en vez de hacerlo con acentona, ya que justamente la finalidad de haberme puesto shelac era que la maltrata menos por no requerir limado.
Very good and fast service, the cost is within normal parameters, neither too expensive nor cheap, they have a great variety of tones, effects, treatments and they make designs by hand, without stamps. I did not love that to remove the shelac (which had been applied in another place), they filed my nail instead of doing it with accentona, since precisely the purpose of having put shelac was that it mistreats it less because it does not require filing.

Las señoritas tratan muy mal
Hice una cita a las 11 y llegue 10 min, al llegar las señoritas con trabajo nos dirigieron la palabra y me dijeron que la tolerancia era de 5 min, solo había dos señoritas (una de ellas estaba ocupada), la otra señorita me pidió mi diseño y me dijo q tenía una cita a las 11:30 x lo que en 20 min no podía hacerme mi diseño pero al hablar con la otra señorita oí que le decía que no había quien me hiciera el diseño x lo cual me dijeron que había sido mi culpa por llegar 10 min tarde

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevó ya mucho tiempo yendo aquí y a otros salones de uñas y nunca me habían hecho una manicura y pedicura tan descuidas como aquí. Me lastimaron las manos y una uña del pie que no paraba de sangrar, en serio que decepción. No vuelvo a acudir a esta sucursal.
I've been going here and other nail salons for a long time and I've never had a manicure and pedicure as sloppy as here. They hurt my hands and a toenail that wouldn't stop bleeding, seriously what a disappointment. I will never go to this branch again.
