★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la primera vez que voy desde la pandemia y el servicio no me encantó. Fue muy express, e saltaron pasos y más caro. Adicional ya se me "despostillaron" dos uñas, apenas tengo 1 semana.

I have gone there. Despite being alone, they say it is only by appointment, I made an appointment and they canceled it 2 hours before, with few time options.The nails do look good but nothing to do with Only Nails Galleries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal puesto el gelish (todo chueco), cobertura pésima y me terminaron aplicando el color que les dio la gana, no el que pedí. Carísimo además (casi $900 porque supuestamente aplicaron una capa de acrílico)
Por cierto, solo me duraron 5 días.
No lo recomiendo.
The gelish was super bad (all crooked), terrible coverage and they ended up applying the color they wanted, not the one I asked for. Very expensive too (almost $ 900 because they supposedly applied a coat of acrylic)
By the way, they only lasted 5 days.
I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención y el servicio excelentes, lo que no me gustó es que pedí información y no tienen nada por escrito y no te dicen claras las cosas, pagué por el paquete más completo de manicure y pedicure porque me dijeron que era el que más incluía y mientras me daban el servicio me preguntaban si agregaban cosas que jamás mencionaron que no iban incluídas o al menos el costo extra que genera
También hice cita para un tipo de tratamiento y ese día no lo tenían disponible y me aplicaron otro que ni si quiera supe que era costo extra
No me molesta que haya cosas con costo extra, me molesta que te lo dicen hasta que vas a pagar, yo llevaba una tarjeta de ellos mismos con crédito según con el dinero para el paquete más completo y acabé desembolsando aún más
Excellent attention and service, what I did not like is that I asked for information and they do not have anything in writing and they do not tell you things clearly, I paid for the most complete manicure and pedicure package because they told me that it was the one that included the most and while they gave me the service they asked me if they added things that they never mentioned that were not included or at least the extra cost that it generates
I also made an appointment for a type of treatment and that day they did not have it available and they applied another one that I did not even know was an extra cost.
It doesn't bother me that there are things with an extra cost, it bothers me that they tell you until you go to pay, I had their own credit card with the money for the most complete package and I ended up paying even more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is such trash. The quality of my nails were pathetic and the color was so off it was unreal. I chose a mauve shade and ended up with a bright, lumpy orange. I honestly couldn’t tell you if they really tried or if it was just a joke. I had to go get my nails fixed the next day. Not to mention the employees are snobby and the place is overpriced.
