Primero que logística ya lo había embarcado, me mandaron una guía que nunca cambió del estatus de documentado. El asesor nunca me respondía los mensajes, si le marcaba a la oficina nunca estaba, nunca pude hablar con un supervisor. Al final el producto ya estaba listo pero producción no lo liberaba, ofrecieron cambiar el producto sin costo adicional y fecha que tampoco lo he recibido. La verdad no vale la pena perder más el tiempo con ellos. Solicite el reembolso.
Terrible service, I placed an order since August, it is already November and I have not received my product. The advisor never answered my messages, if I called the office he was never there, I was never able to speak to a supervisor. In the end the product was ready but production did not release it, they offered to change the product at no additional cost and date that I have not received it either. The truth is not worth wasting time with them anymore. Request a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia hace más de 10 días que pague y de hay tardaron en darme respuesta, primero fue q fue cierre de mes y no liberaron mi pedido después logística, otra excusa fue la guía, al final me dieron una guía la cual fue generada anticipadamente nunca cambia de estatus. Es un fraude no compren con ellos no cumplen y no responde llamadas el vendedor “Carlos”.
