Lo mismo va para su sucursal de Lopez Mateos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da pena su servicio, en mi viaje no reservaron la estancia completa en el hotel y me molestaban para que dejara la habitación antes de lo acordado puesto que el hotel no tenia los pagos. Tratas de marcar su número de emergencias y no te contestan.
Too bad their service, on my trip they did not reserve the entire stay at the hotel and they bothered me to leave the room earlier than agreed since the hotel did not have the payments. You try to dial their emergency number and they don't answer you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡¡Evítese contratarlos!! Pésimo servicio y lamentable el trato al cliente. En lugar de que las vacaciones sean placenteras, te las arruinan haciéndote pagar la última noche porque ellos no la pagaron y sólo se jinetearon tu dinero. Muy mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy una estrella solo porque no existe la opción de cero estrellas, la verdad nefastos pues cuando contratas una agencia de viajes es para poder disfrutar tus Vacaciones sin problemas y con estos todo lo contrario, te cambian la hora de vuelo sin consultarte, no te envían a la zona hotelera que acordaron, no cumplen con los paquetes de viaje, no compran tus boletos de regreso y arreglárselas como puedas, en fin la verdad una agencia NEFASTA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima agencia, depende de otros proveedores y te venden lo que a ellos les ofrecen, si tu viaje requiere avión no reservan con tiempo o pierdes la reservación porque les declinaron el pago y NO te reembolsan.
Tienen quejas en PROFECO con su RFC Grupo Praia Azul SA de CV.
Terrible agency, it depends on other providers and they sell you what they offer them, if your trip requires a plane they do not book early or you lose the reservation because they declined payment and DO NOT reimburse you.
