Simplemente te dicen que te contestan cuando quieran, SI quieren y si no te aguantas porque ni siquiera te responden mensajes o corrreos. Al devolver el producto te dicen que no te pueden regresar el dinero (aunque anunciarán que si lo devolverían), según envían un catálogo para que te regresen lo que gastaste con otros productos que tengan... Estoy Intentando hacer una devolución, y lo único que me resuelven (después de varias llamadas sin éxito) es que "algún día", ellos me enviarán las instrucciones para la devolución y el reembolso... No te saben decir cuándo, y te cuelgan la llamada groseramente... Tengo días con este asunto, y sigo sin recibir el correo con las instrucciones. Si no quieres pasar un mal trago, evita esta empresa a toda costa.... ACTUALIZACIÓN: Han pasado 3 MESES, y siguen sin enviarme instrucciones para la devolución. AWFUL EXPERIENCE, just because I can't put "zero" on it...
