Desde el año pasado les he pedido me reembolsen el costo de dos disfraces de Halloween que lleve a que les hicieran la bastilla SIN CORTAR e hicieron todo lo opuesto. CORTARON y no repararon las mangas. Los dejaron a medias. justificandose acerca de que la costurera había sido informal y renunció. Poca seriedad por parte del dueño y sus empleados. Mandé un correo de queja a la franquicia y fui totalmente ignorada. Que mala experiencia me hicieron pasar. Adiós a que mi hija vuelva a usar sus disfraces este próximo Halloween. Casí $700 tirados a la basura + molestias.
