★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos rateros me robaron 15mil pesos con Suauto, nos hicieron pagar mensualidad con mensualidad por tener un "credito aprobado" hasta salir adjudicados para entrega del auto, el dia que se llega la adjudicacion nos solicitan una investigacion la cual tuvimos que pagar tambien $999, despues que siempre no fue aprobado y ahora ya no me podian devolver el dinero integro despues de ellos negar el credito a esto por cancelacion nos quitan 15 mil pesos por "penalizacion" y sus "gastos administrativos" siendo que nos piden seguir con el pago de las mensualidades sin ninguna garantia de tener el automovil... a este punto preferi perder el amor a ese dinero y quitarnos de encima ese infierno... esta publicacion es para que no caegan en mas fraudes...
They are thieves, they stole 15,000 pesos from me with Suauto, they made us pay monthly for having an "approved credit" until we were awarded for delivery of the car, the day the adjudication arrived they asked us for an investigation which we also had to pay $999, after it was not always approved and now they could no longer return the full money to me after they denied credit to this for cancellation they take away 15 thousand pesos for "penalization" and their "administrative expenses" since they ask us to continue with the payment of the monthly payments without any guarantee of having the car... at this point I preferred to lose love for that money and get rid of that hell... this publication is so that they don't fall into more fraud...

Nunca me informaron del status de mi vehículo, los tuve que andar correteando para tener información, porque cuando quedaban de llamar no lo hacían y la reparación muy tardada; ademas cuando me entregaron mi camioneta ME DIERON LA LLAVE EN PÉSIMAS CONDICIONES! SUCIA, ROTA Y LLENISIMA DE GRASA, reclame y su argumento fue que así estaba.. Se supone que es una agencia con cierto "prestigio" da mucha rabia que uno cuide sus pertenencias y otra gentuza las maltrate y el establecimiento no se haga responsable!
The service they provide for insurers LEAVES A LOT to be desired!! Appalling! They never informed me of the status of my vehicle, I had to chase them around to get information, because when they had to call they didn't do it and the repair took a long time; also when they gave me my truck THEY GAVE ME THE KEY IN AWFUL CONDITION! DIRTY, BROKEN AND FULL OF FAT, I complained and their argument was that it was like that.. It is supposed to be an agency with a certain "prestige" it is very angry that one takes care of their belongings and another riffraff mistreats them and the establishment is not responsible!
