★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente triste es ver lo mal que atienden en esta agencia. 3 visitas y más de 6 llamadas para que me entregaran mi factura. Gente de ventas sin cubrebocas torciendo por mas de 40 minutos. El personal que debería llegar a las 4 llega a las 4:35 (si es que van).

Pésimo servicio, no te envían tu factura, no te entregan las piezas que te cambiaron.
Imaginen, me cambiaron una pieza de 11 mil pesos y no me la entregaron que porque "ya se las habían llevado y que debía solicitarlas desde antes"
Un verdadero robo, no vuelvo a traer ni un vehículo aquí.
Ojalá pudiera ponerles menos 5 estrellas.
Honestly avoid this agency.
Terrible service, they do not send you your invoice, they do not give you the parts that were changed.
Imagine, they changed me a piece of 11 thousand pesos and they did not give it to me because "they had already taken them and that I had to request them beforehand"
A real robbery, I will never bring a vehicle here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice cotización de unas piezas para un vw gol , y si hay variación de precios en cuanto otras agencias ( más caro ) . Es mejor cotizar en varios puntos además de la existencia , que tampoco tenían todo lo que buscaba .
