★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un excelente lugar para descansar. Departamentos muy limpios y de alto nivel. Ubicado en una muy estratégica ubicación. Con un HEB a 2 cuadras. Y restaurantes a menos de 5 minutos. En verdad lo recomiendo ampliamente.
An excellent place to rest. Very clean and high standard apartments. Located in a very strategic location. With a HEB 2 blocks away. And restaurants less than 5 minutes away. I really highly recommend it.

Un poco Ruidoso aunque sean pisos superiores. La persona que renta el 1112 dijo que eran persianas blackout y apenas cubren del sol y las farolas en la noche.El resto muy bien.
One of the best views of Leon and in the heart of everything.
A little noisy even if they are upper floors. The person who rents the 1112 said that they were blackout blinds and they barely cover the sun and the streetlights at night. The rest is very good.

The doors are like ikea furniture, hollow and filled with card board.
Windows make noise when it’s windy and also seem low quality.
Noise travels very easily, you can hear someone in the next apartment like they were in the same room with you.
This is not what you’d expect for a premium price.
