Me entregaron unas fotos con muy mala calidad y con colores totalmente diferentes, al entregarmelas les hice la observación y justo ahí me dijeron que tenían como 3 o 4 meses de que los rojos y amarillos no se imprimian bien. Obviamente ese detalle no me lo hicieron saber antes de imprimir. De buena manera les pregunté que se podía hacer (yo no podía entregar las fotos así) y no me daban ninguna solución simplemente se quedaban calladas, hasta que según le hablaron al dueño, pero les dijo que nada y por supuesto menos regresarme mi dinero (eran casi 100 fotos), nisiquiera fueron para ofrecer alguna disculpa por lo ocurrido, ni al decirme: "No te dijeron que teníamos fallas con el láser y esos colores?" De verdad en ningún momento. Creo debieron hacerse responsables de alguna manera por ética, por haber entregado tan mal trabajo y no notificar antes su fallo (cero nitidez, otros colores, muy baja calidad) Simplemente no vuelvo jamás, perdí mi tiempo y mi dinero.
Bad service, both in attention and in print quality. They gave me some pictures with very poor quality and with totally different colors, when I gave them to them I made them the observation and right there they told me they had about 3 or 4 months that the reds and yellows did not print well. Obviously that detail did not let me know before printing. In a good way I asked them what could be done (I could not deliver the photos like this) and they didn't give me any solution, they just kept quiet, until they told the owner, but he told them that nothing and of course less return my money ( they were almost 100 photos), they didn't even offer an apology for what happened, or when they said to me: "Didn't they tell you we had laser failures and those colors?" Really in no time. I think they should have been responsible in some way for ethics, for having delivered such a bad job and not reporting their failure before (zero sharpness, other colors, very low quality). I just never come back, I lost my time and my money.
