Tambien rentamos un tour y nos gusto mucho el ambiente que pusieron en el trimaran

We really like to go to deer island and spend the day there, we always buy the package that includes everything, it is at a good price and we have a lot of fun

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me ofrecieron un paquete y pagar extra por actividades acuáticas, Kayak, snorkel y banana. Desafortunadamente al llegar al barco te indican no saber al respecto que las actividades es montar a caballo o una Cuatrimoto, pedí apoyo ya que por esto compré el tour y la forma de “compensar” es cambiártelo si o si por un las actividades que ellos quieran elegimos caballo al ser el menos malo y es un paseo ida y vuelta que no son ni 200mts. Me llevo una muy mala experiencia y recomiendo no compren sus supuestas actividades o al menos pidan una garantía de que se efectuarán, cumplen con el transporte y la comida.
They offered me a package and pay extra for water activities, Kayak, snorkel and banana. Unfortunately, when you arrive at the ship, they tell you not to know that the activities are horseback riding or an ATV, I asked for support since that is why I bought the tour and the way to “compensate” is to change it, yes or yes, for one of the activities they want. We chose horse as it is the least bad and it is a round trip ride that is not even 200 meters. I have a very bad experience and I recommend not to buy their supposed activities or at least ask for a guarantee that they will be carried out, they comply with transportation and food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay baño en la isla venados. Nadie te advierte para que pases antes a tu hotel. Su solución es que vayas al monte ¿De verdad creen que tratan con personas que están acostumbradas a ir al monte? Pongan un baño portátil o adviertan.
There is no bathroom on Deer Island. No one warns you to go to your hotel first. Their solution is for you to go to the mountains. Do you really think they deal with people who are used to going to the mountains? Put a portable toilet or warn.
