★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los vendedores son excelentes , pero el gerente es tan prepotente regaña a sus vendedores horrible es súper desagradable tener que estar escuchando como les grita como los humilla enfrente de todos sin importar que los clientes estemos hay , no quiero ni siquiera imaginar cómo lo hace cuando no hay nadie , y todavía que tienes que aguantar sus gritos y su prepotencia el señor ni siquiera es capas de usa su cubrebocas lo trae colgado en la oreja todo el tiempo , y de verdad me encantó una sala que ví y toda atención de el vendedor de verdad excelente atención , pero tan solo de pensar que voy a tener que ver a ese señor y sentir el ambiente tan pesado gracias a el , yo creo que mejor sigo buscando en otra parte ,que lastima

Compré el año pasado en noviembre y dijeron que van a entregar una mesita de centro en FBRERO DE ESTE AÑO2019 y a esta fecha junio de 2019 no han hecho la entrega ni la devolución... hasta les pedí como favor me mantengan imformada y no me dan respuesta para una supuesta devolución. Ya leí que no soy la única estafada, mi mueble me costó 15 mil pesos.
Además me vendieron una sala con una pésima pintura, mal tapiz.
Alguien que me asesore por favor.

I bought last year in November and they said that they are going to deliver a coffee table in FBRERO OF THIS YEAR2019 and to this date June of 2019 they have not made the delivery nor the return ... until I asked them as a favor they keep me informed and they do not give me answer for a supposed return. I already read that I am not the only scam, my furniture cost me 15 thousand pesos.
They also sold me a room with a bad paint, bad tapestry.
Someone to advise me please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos muebles, pagué $11,000 pesos por un sofá y la tela se empezó a romper a los 6 meses, con un uso bastante normal. No me resolvieron nada, sólo me comentaron que el proveedor no había recibido ninguna queja similar de ese modelo, por lo tanto, no me lo podían cambiar. Perdí mi dinero, a la fecha mi sillón está roto y no he podido comprar otro. La tela que me vendieron carísima, resultó corrientísima. NO COMPREN EN JAKANE MUEBLES, PERDERÁN SU DINERO!!!!

Enfrente de mi le llamá la atención a la señorita que me atendió y solo por que me ofreció un lugar en caja para pagar y el señor enfrente de mi señalando con su mano le contesta con voz mandataria "estoy atendiendo a alguien que está ahi" . Considero que un "perdón caballero podría tomar alguna otra silla porque hay alguien que estoy atentiendo" hubiera bastado, pero que incómodo y grosero con su personal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en tienda fue muy bueno. Encontré varias opciones y la calidad de los muebles es buena.
El personal en la entrega fue muy servicial y amable pero desafortunadamente no me percaté de un defecto en la tela del forro de mi cama. Llame a la tienda y en un proceso poco engorroso confirmaron que en efecto el problema era imputable a la fábrica y me hicieron el cambio físico del producto.
No tengo más que buenos comentarios para una compañía sería y responsable.
Los recomiendo ampliamente.
The service in store was very good. I found several options and the quality of the furniture is good.
The delivery staff was very helpful and friendly but unfortunately I did not notice a defect in the fabric of the lining of my bed. I called the store and in a little cumbersome process they confirmed that in fact the problem was attributable to the factory and they made the physical change of the product.
I have nothing but good comments for a company would be and responsible.
I highly recommend them.
