★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues es mitad bodega y mitad tienda, no hay vendedores sólo encargados de almacenamiento, así que aquí no esperes un buen trato a clientes.
Sus precios: estratosféricos. En agosto todo al 50% lo que con sus atractivos diseños, lo hace competitivo. Lo malo, sus colores de muebles siguieron tendencia en lugar de crearla, por lo que verás el color chocolate en todos lados, hasta no debería usarse ese color.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visité la tienda con buenas expectativas porque tienen muebles de marcas reconocidas y muy bonitos sin embargo ya pasaron dos meses sin que llegue el sofá que compré. La atención fue muy buena por parte del vendedor Arturo Rivera, me acompañó inclusive a la tienda del centro sin embargo me hace pensar que todo fueron promesas de mala fe ya que de la fecha que me dieron inicialmente de entrega para el 26 de marzo de 2021 (hice la compra el 13) va siendo fecha del 9 de mayo sin que llegue lo que adquirí. El vendedor Arturo me prometió que maximo llegaba el 30 de abril cuando le marque para tener razón al no llegar el sofá en marzo. Después al hablar a tienda el señor Guillermo Jiménez me ha traído cada semana diciéndome que se comunica conmigo la siguiente semana sin que lo haga realmente. He sido muy paciente y no quiero que se me tomen represalias pero de no llegar en la siguiente semana mi sofá no cambiaré mi calificación aquí y para los clientes nuevos ya tienen la expectativa y los nombres de las personas que me atendieron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su catálogo de muebles no me gusta naditita, por eso ni los precios pregunté. Pero me imagino que baratos no están. Cuando paso por ahí, que es con cierta frecuencia, no les veo ni un alma en su interior excepción hecha de su solitario y muy aburrido empleado.
I don't like anybody's furniture catalog, that's why I didn't even ask about the prices. But I imagine they are not cheap. When I pass by, which is quite often, I don't see a single soul inside them except for their lonely and very boring employee.

Cuando solicitas la CANCELACIÓN y el REEMBOLSO ya nadie te contesta.
La muebleria NO tiene un teléfono de atención a clientes, POR LO QUE NUNCA RESUELVEN NADA.
THE WORST FURNITURE STORE IN MEXICO, NEVER BUY!!! avoid fighting and returning the products. TAKE CARE OF YOUR MONEY.
From experience, the products ARE NOT OF GOOD QUALITY, they want to deliver them to you scratched and at excessive prices.
When you request CANCELLATION and REFUND, no one answers you.
The furniture store DOES NOT have a customer service telephone number, SO THEY NEVER RESOLVE ANYTHING.
